For start-ups, raising funds to go forward in their project is always a challenge. Co-organised by LBAN and Start-up Grind, a new fundraising pitching session was held on June 3rd 2019 at Silverquare Luxembourg, allowing start-ups to pitch in front of angel investors.
Gathering innovative project holders and business angels for a pitching event is one of the objectives of LBAN to broaden opportunities for all. Each company had 5 minutes to pitch their project and what they are expecting from potential investors, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A from the audience.
The start-ups selected for this session were :
Hubtobee - a platform that connects the company's colleagues through their business trips.
Bondweaver - an AI HR tool that increases your company's productivity and the well-being of your employees.
Eliro - a platform that simplifies the organisation of your company events.
GTS Logistics - an innovative energy efficient solution to transport containers.
Securide - the collaborative platform for horse riders to help them share riding and transport opportunities.
SPIP - a projet where chemical monitoring is made through air quality measurement.
Teregroup - a company allowing to monetise different seeweeds plants.
The Outdoor Journal - an experience oriented journal and website to help you plan your next adventure.
After the pitching session, investors and startuppers had time to chat some more and dig deeper into their potential collaboration.
